I believe that clients have an innate ability to heal current and past pain that may show up as anxiety, depression, grief, confusion, trauma, anger, relationship stress or life dissatisfaction. I strive to meet you where you are in a non-pathologizing way and focus our work through an Attachment based approach in therapy. I have completed Emotionally Focused Therapy, an empirically valid treatment approach for adults and individuals and couples.

As your therapist, my goal is to work collaboratively to support you in developing a better understanding of yourself and to connect with inner parts in order to embrace your individual strengths and vulnerabilities and create desired life changes.

We will work together to clarify your cycles and patterns, and to increase awareness of your feelings, thoughts and behaviors. As you connect with these parts of self and help them make sense, you can better understand the impact it has had on you as well as the cycles found in your relationships. 

Together we work to strengthen your connections within yourself and/or within your relationships, change unwanted patterns and behaviors, or heal echoes of the past.
