This journey starts with you, and I can be your guide.
I blend a variety of approaches -- from Attachment-based philosophy to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBR) and Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT), among others -- to help you develop the awareness and skills to progress where you wish to be.
As your therapist, my goal is to work collaboratively to support you in developing a better understanding of yourself in order to embrace your individual strengths and vulnerabilities and create desired life changes.
We will work to clarify your cycles and patterns, to increase awareness of your feelings, and better understand the impact you have on yourself and others.
Together we work to strengthen your connections within yourself and/or within your relationships, change unwanted patterns and behaviors, or heal echoes of the past.
